And we are all trapped on one vicious hedonic treadmill where we count the months until our next upgrade so we can get a faster phone with more megapixels and memory and curves and the newest thinking on user interface and retinal cameras with 4G imaging blah blah blah...
And 8 months later, we find ourselves wanting.
But then you drop your phone and it lands exactly where it needs to land in order to crack the front screen and now you're stuck.
